We will kick off this year’s LGC Leadership Series with an inspiring fireside chat with WNBA Chicago Sky Principal Owner, Michael Alter and Co-Owner & Operating Chairman, Nadia Rawlinson, leaders who exemplify values-based leadership in action. The session will be moderated by John Rogers Jr., Founder, Chairman and Co-CEO, Ariel Investments (LGC Fellow since 1985). Through their diverse experiences – ranging from Nadia's executive roles in technology to Michael’s vision for inclusive urban development and civic leadership - and their commitment to equity in women’s sports, they will share compelling stories that highlight the power of leading with purpose and integrity. Discover how their unwavering commitment to equity, visibility, and collaboration is shaping meaningful change in Chicago and beyond. This conversation will explore how authentic, values-driven leadership is essential in meeting today’s complex challenges and creating opportunities for a more inclusive future.
